The Chip Eaters of Falmouth
It feels as though everywhere you look in Falmouth, somebody is eating chips.
I created this project during my time at university. One of my all-time favorite activities is people-watching, where even the most unremarkable activities can be so full of stories. I spent time prowling the drizzly high street, observing all kinds of characters unified by the simple, delicious act of eating a chip. Through a series of sketches and notes, I collected the munchers I saw and scooped them into my very own chip box menagerie.
